1. Who we are

Livinc provides AI property-video services. Contact: enquiry@livinc.live.

2. What we collect

Property photos you upload; listing details (address, property type, rooms, price and similar); agent contact details (name, agency, CEA registration number, email and phone); payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers); and basic usage/order data.

3. How we use it

To generate and deliver your marketing video; to archive your before/after assets for operational reference and support; to communicate about your order; and to improve the Service.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us deliver: Stripe (payment), fal.ai (image staging), ElevenLabs (voiceover), Creatomate (video rendering), Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (database and file storage). We do not sell your data.

Referral programme. Where you provide a referral code, we disclose to the referrer that you have become a customer, the value of your orders, and the referral fee we paid them. We do not disclose anything else about you or your listings.

5. Storage location and retention

Livinc is operated from Singapore. Order data and files are stored with our cloud provider in the Southeast Asia (Singapore) region, and some processors listed above may process data outside Singapore in order to deliver their part of the Service. We retain order data and archived assets for up to 24 months for operational reference (e.g. disputes, re-delivery), after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion, subject to legal and record-keeping needs.

6. We do not train AI models on your data

Your photos, listing details and contact details are used only to produce and deliver your video. We do not use customer data to train AI models, and we instruct our processors not to do so.

7. Your rights and PDPA

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including its consent, purpose limitation, notification, access and correction, accuracy, protection, retention and transfer-limitation obligations. Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to enquiry@livinc.live, which is also our contact address for all data requests.

8. Security

We use reputable processors and reasonable safeguards to protect your data.

9. Cookies and analytics

We may use basic analytics to operate and improve the site.
